Christmas & New Year Trading Times

Firstly, thank you for your continued loyalty and support in 2020.

With the festive season fast approaching I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and say thank you to our clients, insurers, suppliers and most importantly to our hard-working team who have endured the most challenging year in our history.

We are a small, yet mighty team based across regional NSW. This year was like no other, our communities were affected by an extreme frequency of bushfires, storms and floods. As we all felt the impact of these disasters in our own backyards, our team worked even harder to ensure our clients were cared for.

In addition to our normal activities, our team managed over 410 bushfire claims and 225 storm-related claims all whilst doing so under the restrictive COVID19 conditions both personally and at work.

I know many of you would have faced the same, if not more, extreme scenarios – and for that, I applaud you. It has been inspiring to watch our clients innovate and adapt their operations to survive and even thrive in these uncharted conditions. As a business owner, I now feel more resilient and prepared for the challenges we may face in 2021 and beyond.

From myself and the entire Macey team, we wish you and your families a safe and Merry Christmas and look forward to supporting you as you grow and prosper in 2021.

Yours sincerely,

Brendan Goddard
