Paul Goddard
Director
Paul has been a principal of Macey Insurance Brokers since he joined the firm in 1980. He has played a key role in the development of the business and has helped to navigate it through many changes over the years.
Paul holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is a Fellow of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA). He is also a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB). Aside from being a director of the company, Paul also fills the roles of Compliance Officer and Quality Manager.
A keen advocate of the insurance broking industry, Paul has served as a national board director of NIBA for seven years, including two years as president. He is the first regional broker to be elected president of the association.
During his limited spare time, Paul likes a game of golf, watching rugby and enjoying the company of his new grandson.
Brendan Goddard
Director
Brendan started his career with Maceys in 1997 following in his fathers footsteps. In 2003 he left the company and travelled to the UK to expand his experience working in the London market with a large multinational broking house.
Brendan has been a director of Macey’s since 2005 and in addition to servicing his portfolio of clients he is committed to the continuing management and growth of the business including general operations, human resource and IT management.
Brendan is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker and holds an Advance Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking).
Brendan enjoys spending time with his wife and young family and is a keen golfer. Brendan also spends his summer co-ordinating the Shoalhaven Twilight Cricket Competition where he is the Association Secretary.
Paul Brown
Director
Paul has over 18 years experience in the Insurance Industry. He commenced his career as a trainee account executive with Macey Insurance Brokers in 1990 before continuing his professional development with an International Brokerage in Canberra. Paul recently returned to Macey Insurance Brokers as a director in 2008. Born and bred in Nowra he has a particular interest in the continuing success of this business.
Paul has previously specialised in large Construction, Property, Liability, Workers Compensation and Information & Communication Technology risks.
He holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker.
Married with two young daughters, who keep him busy enough, Paul enjoys golf, the beach and all codes of football.
David Townsend
Manager – Bowral Office
David has worked in the insurance industry for more than 30 years and has had extensive experience in both Underwriting and Broking.
A Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker David is company shareholder and is the manager of our Bowral branch which was established in 1991 and now comprises a total of 5 staff.
When not working David enjoys live theatre, various sporting activities and all the benefits of residing in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW.
Kerrie Coxell
Area Manager - Wollongong
Kerrie has been working in the Insurance Industry for over 20 years. She has predominantly worked in the broking arenas of Sydney, Perth and the NSW South Coast, this being her second stint with Maceys. She was also a Loss Adjuster for three years during this time.
Kerrie currently has Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker. She has a strong technical knowledge particularly in the claims and SME area, and enjoys training the next generation in a broking career. Her role is Area Manager of Wollongong.
With her husband of 18 years in the Navy and twin teenage boys, Kerrie enjoys weekends away and anytime to herself she can manage.
